Edit a Photo Gallery

Photo galleries are managed via the front-end of the web site (not in the manager). However, access permission to edit a photo gallery may be obtained in one of two ways:

  1. Via a manager login
    or
  2. Via a manager login AND a (front-end) web user login.

Please check with your web developer if you have any questions about your specific set up.

To upload/edit photos:

  1. Login to the manager.
  2. Click on the Site option on the main manager menu, then click on the Preview option on the sub-menu.
  3. [If required for your setup, login to the front-end of the website.]
  4. Navigate to the relevant photo gallery page on the live web site.
  5. Click on the Manage pictures button.
  6. Click on one or more of the Browse... buttons to select photos from your hard drive.
  7. Click on the Upload pictures button to upload the selected photos to the web server. The upload time will depend on the size and number of photos you have selected and the speed of your connection.
  8. Enter a Title and Description for each uploaded photo.
  9. Click on the Save changes button at the top of the page.

To delete photos:

  1. Follow steps 1 through 5 above.
  2. Check the Delete check box for each photo you want to delete.
  3. Click on the Save changes button at the top of the page.
